I am a late developer when it comes to Instagram, but I’m much more active these days and tend to post about events I’m doing, photos of me out and about (usually selling books) and poor quality videos of gigs I go to. Maybe the odd writing related video.
I have always believed that I am too old for TikTok. That is still true, but I’ve admitted defeat and I’m currently trying to build a following over there. I’m posting videos, obviously, about my writing process and my books. Some of them aren’t too bad.
Bluesky is the place where I do the thing I used to do on Twitter, back when it wasn’t a hellhole – I’ll regularly declare my word count and post a gif which may or may not give you a clue as to whatever I’m currently working on is going. No actual spoilers, but maybe the odd hint.
I add every book I read as I read them, sometimes with a rating (usually not, you should infer nothing from this either way). Of course, this is a great place for you to go and add your ratings and reviews of my books and I would be delighted if you did.
I am middle aged but even I rarely use Facebook these days. However most of what I post on Instagram gets reposted here, so if you’re not an Instagram user, this is another way to follow all that stuff.
I’ll be honest, I’m not really sure what Threads is for. Again, mostly reposts of stuff from Instagram as far as I’m concerned, but occasionally I might post something I’ve thought of that doesn’t seem to fit on any of my other feeds.
